This seminar offers a comprehensive exploration of Artificial Intelligence as the defining discourse of the new millennium — especially in the creation of visual imaginaries.
At its core lies “From AI to AI — from Artificial Intelligence to Augmented
Imagination”, the original research and design approach developed by Gabriele Moschin & Andrea Filippi.
The program investigates how human creativity can move beyond the mere imitation of machinic processes to shape new aesthetic grammars, conceptual frameworks, and experiential languages.
Here, AI is not an end in itself but a catalyst for imagination — a way to amplify human intention, sensitivity, and design intelligence.
• Aesthetics and Approaches: imaginaries, representations, and design languages
• Advanced Techniques: tools and creative strategies for effective practice
(Midjourney and beyond)
• Hyperrealism and Photography: visual frontiers and new forms of representation
• Ethics and Philosophy: responsibility, agency, and the human–machine dialogue
The seminar follows a 1+2 didactic format — combining one full in-person day in Tampere with two online follow-up sessions (minimum two hours each). This structure blends the intensity of live interaction with the reflective depth of continued learning and dialogue.
Open to both students and professionals, the program welcomes photographers, marketing specialists, managers, interior designers, social media experts, architects, art directors, and artists — anyone eager to deepen their understanding of AI or to translate it into more effective and imaginative creative outcomes, particularly within the visual domain.

Andrea Filippi and Gabriele Moschin are an artistic duo who push the boundaries of creativity by using Machines as a tool for Beauty. In March 2023, they co-authored “Poesie dalla Macchina Pensante. Liriche dell’AI”, the first book in Italy entirely written and illustrated with next-gen AI.
They curated and unveiled the exhibition “From Artificial Intelligence to Augmented Imagination” at the international fair Packaging Première & PCD Milan 2025, where they also served as creative directors.
Their recent artistic achievements include the immersive installation “Paper Posh” (PP & PCD 2024), collaborations with Politecnico di Milano for Digital Design Days Milan 2024, and participation in VicenzaOro 2024 for “The Jewellery Trendbook 2026+” by Trendvision.
They have also produced commissioned artworks for VO+ Jewels & Luxury Magazine, designed a cover for Printlovers, and have been featured by Vogue. In addition, they are frequent collaborators with the Pentawards, the leading global platform dedicated to packaging design.
They collaborate with leading fashion, jewellery, and design brands, luxury hotel chains, high-profile art fairs, and private collectors worldwide.
Regular speakers at international academies and universities (including NABA, Domus Academy, VVI Visuaaliviestinnän Instituutti, Moodart, HAMK, Accademia delle Professioni, and previously Polimoda, IED, and Accademia Italiana), they explore the deep connection between AI, art, fashion, and philosophy—shaping the conversation on the future of creativity.
As co-authors and record producers of G11NA, they transform great literary works into music, bridging the gap between words and sound.
